It all seemed normal except the lady human was up very early in the morning. Usually we have to wake her up.

Well, she did take our toys to the room with the big TV and put our scratching post in the room with the bird window.

Oh yeah, she did that, didn’t she? We should have known something was up.

Later the new human came by and gave us treats and pats and played with us.

He was very nice — and did a great job cleaning our litter!

But our lady human was gone a very long time and we couldn’t get into the room with the comfy chairs. We cried and cried at night but no one came.

You cried and cried at night — I don’t cry like you do. Anyway the new human played with us more than the lady human does.

I didn’t like it when he brushed me. But I liked the treats.

Yes, yes, yes. We went on a vacation for a week and hired Sam, a very good pet sitter who loves cats. He sent these photos:
